Pixelife is designed to help you track habits, moods, and routines privately. This page explains what data the app stores, what third-party services may be used, and what choices you have.

1. Information Pixelife stores
Pixelife stores the boards, colors, pixel entries, preferences, and reminder settings you create while using the app. This information is primarily stored locally on your device so the app can function without requiring an online account.
Examples of locally stored data may include your board names, tracking colors, pixel history, app theme, week-start preference, notification time, and backup preferences.
2. Accounts and personal information
Pixelife does not require a traditional online account, social login, or public profile to use its core tracking features. The app is designed to feel private and personal.
If you choose to enter a display name or select an avatar inside the app, that information is stored locally on your device as part of your app profile settings.
3. Backups and restore
If you use backup or restore features, Pixelife can create a backup file containing your app data. Backup files may be saved to a location you choose, such as device storage or another destination available through your device's file picker or share tools.
If you choose to share or export a backup file, that action is initiated by you. You are responsible for how exported backup files are stored, transmitted, or shared after they leave the app.
4. Purchases
If you purchase premium features, payment processing and purchase validation are handled by the relevant app store and purchase infrastructure providers. Pixelife uses RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchase status and premium entitlement information.
Pixelife does not directly store your full payment card details. Purchase-related information may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other service providers involved in the transaction flow.
5. Advertising
Pixelife may display ads in the free version of the app. When ads are shown, third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob may collect or process certain information as described in their own privacy documentation, subject to platform permissions, your region, and consent requirements.
- Ad services may use device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and app interaction data to serve and measure ads.
- Consent messaging may be shown to users in regions where it is required by law or platform policy.
- If you unlock premium or an ad-free experience, ad behavior may change accordingly.
6. Notifications
If you enable reminders, Pixelife may store your notification preferences locally and schedule local notifications on your device. Notification permissions are controlled by your operating system, and you can change them at any time in system settings.
7. Third-party services
Depending on the features you use, Pixelife may rely on third-party service providers including:
- Google AdMob for advertising and ad-related consent flows.
- RevenueCat for in-app purchase management and entitlement handling.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing and store transactions.
These services may process limited information according to their own privacy policies and service terms.
8. Children’s privacy
Pixelife is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe personal information has been provided in error, contact the app operator so it can be reviewed.
9. Your choices
- You can delete app data from within the app where supported, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
- You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
- You can manage advertising, tracking, and privacy permissions through your device and platform settings.
- You can choose whether to create, save, restore, or share backup files.
10. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page should be revised.
